Woodcraft UK’s Deluxe Summerhouse/Office is a beautifully crafted structure featuring vertical T&G cladding and UPVC doors/windows. Standard Spec
Price includes double doors and two windows. Additional windows/ doors can be supplied at an extra cost.
Electrics
This includes four white double sockets, one light switch, one or two light fitting, one consumer unit, and an external connection box. Not included: Electrical supply from source to garden room.
Insulation and double boarding
Rock wool insulation and primed moisture MDF boarding
Please note all groundwork is to be completed before delivery.
If any groundworks are unfinished or not adequate for building purposes, Woodcraft WILL NOT rectify work or take responsibility if any problems occur because of faulty groundwork.
For a building like this, we would highly recommend using either paving slabs or concrete but most importantly it being a level and sturdy base as the upvc will add extra weight if the building isn’t sat level there’s a high chance the building could twist
Delivery Information
Can we please make customers aware that not only do we have to have adequate width but also we need to have no height restrictions i.e. no arches, lintels, wooden framework, or electrical cables above doorways.
Also can customers please be aware that we cannot lift heavy panels over fences or walls, if there is a problem with access please call the office 01429 866559 before ordering and discuss any issues.
Please also note that if we cannot gain access for any reason and the office has not been informed of any issues prior to delivery, there will be a charge to re-modify the building also an extra delivery charge will be needed to be paid for.
